By arming our leaders with the tools to understand our core values and why it’s so important to exemplify them on a day-to-day basis. It’s not easy to get your teams fully engaged and actively participating, so we’ve created the materials below to help you build a culture that holds true to our RITE On! core values:

Challenge Guide

To boost participation in our core value program, Team Members are encouraged to play a part in one challenge per quarter. Our second challenge, INTEGRITY… IT’S A RAP is an exciting opportunity for Team Members to write and perform an original rap song about, yes, INTEGRITY. Whether a group or solo effort, Team Members can showcase their verbal or musical talents with their own iteration of what INTEGRITY means to you. The only guidelines are the following:

  • No more than 5 to a team
  • Four-lines of lyrics and no longer than 30 seconds in length
  • Preferred video format is the horizontal ratio of your phone: 1920 x 1090
  • Fun is 100% mandatory
